Location was exactly as wished for - rural but near enough to amenities if needed. The cottage was wonderful. Old farmhouse decorated with care to detail, giving just the right amount of old world charm mixed with modern. And the hot tub was an added bonus. 10 out of 10

Location, value for money, acommodation exceptional - BBQ, Hot-tub, Snooker room, Games room - Catered for a family of five including teenagers with no grumbles whatsoever!!

Despite mixed weather this is one of the best family holidays we have had in a long time. The accomodation was superb as was the location lots to do and see in all weather conditions. Local people were pleasant and helpful. Can't rate it highly enough.

A fantastic and comfortable cottage in peaceful setting, and just a couple of minutes from the beach. Plenty to do in the area for all ages - highly recommended for a family holiday.

A first class, well equipped farmhouse with friendly owners nearby and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. There are lots of local attractions with some right on the doorstep - highly recommended!

We have had a wonderful holiday here at summerhill. The house exceeded all our expectations. A lovely farmhouse with all nessessary amenities plus more. We are delighted with the quality summerhill gave us as a family of 6.
